The inner frame is fixed on the outer frame, a plurality of condensing devices which are arranged at intervals in the air flowing direction are arranged in the inner frame, and a heat dissipation device is arranged outside the inner frame and located on the outer frame; the water storage box is detachably fixed to the bottom of the outer frame and communicates with a water outlet of the condensation chamber through a notch formed in the bottom of the outer frame. The function of extracting fresh water resources from air is achieved through the semiconductor chilling plate, the device can be used for coastal areas, seaborne areas and other near-sea areas, can also be used for desert areas, gobi areas and other non-near-sea areas, and is simple in structure, small in size and convenient to carry.
