A layer of first thermal insulation slurry composed of ceramic fiber powder, a high-molecular polymer, a regenerated polyester fiber base material and cement covers the exterior wall face of the building to form a first thermal insulation layer; a waterproof layer is sprayed on the surface of the base plate after the base plate is polished to be flat; the first superior-multiple-heating layer is laid on the wall surface through a spot bonding method; marking and leveling the first superior-multiple heating layer, fixedly mounting the metal bracket on the wall surface of the building according to the marking position, and further fixing the first superior-multiple heating layer by the metal bracket; fixing at least one second optimal heating layer on the surface waterproof facing layer, and then fixedly mounting the surface waterproof facing layer on the outer wall of the building through a metal bracket; by using the characteristics that the first optimal heating layer and the second optimal heating layer are light, thin and far low in heat conductivity, unit original material consumption can be efficiently reduced, the size is reduced, meanwhile, the heat preservation and heat insulation effect is improved, and the effect of saving energy is achieved.
本发明提出一种建筑节能率高的外墙外保温方法,在建筑物外墙面上覆盖一层由陶瓷纤维粉末、高分子聚合物、再生聚酯纤维基材和水泥组成的第一保温浆料形成第一保温层;将其打磨平整后其表面表面喷涂一层防水层;通过点粘法将第一优倍暖层铺贴于墙面上;在第一优倍暖层划线找平,根据划线处将金属托架固定安装于建筑物墙面上,金属托架将第一优倍暖层进一步固定;在表面防水饰面层上固定至少一层第二优倍暖层后将表面防水饰面通过金属托架固定安装于建筑物外墙上;通过使用第一优倍暖层与第二优倍暖层轻薄且导热率远低的特性,其不仅可以高效降低单位原始材料消耗,在体积减小的同时还提高了其保温隔热效果,达到节约能源的效果。
