When the rock wool board is prepared, hydrogen peroxide is added to serve as a foaming agent, the hydrogen peroxide can generate oxygen in an alkali environment with water glass added, and bubbles are formed in slurry. Meanwhile, the graphene is added, so that the flame retardant property of the composite rock wool board can be enhanced. The recycled fine aggregate reinforced by the bacillus coriolis is added into the mortar prepared by the invention, so that cracks in concrete are repaired, and the bonding strength of the multi-layer composite rock wool insulation board is enhanced.
