The circumferential side wall of the mounting box and the interval between the outer anti-seismic ring and the inner anti-seismic ring are filled with the fine sand, the vertical rods are supported in the inner anti-seismic ring, vibration is well reduced, meanwhile, the mounting plate and the vertical rods do not need to be connected through bolts, connection of the vertical rods in the mounting box cannot be damaged by vibration, and the mounting plate and the vertical rods are stably connected.
