A traditional back supporting mode is changed into a front side pulling mode, namely, an original thrust and concrete pouring side pressure counterbalance mode is changed into a tension and concrete pouring side pressure counterbalance mode, limitation of site conditions is avoided, synchronous construction of a side bottom plate and a plane bottom plate can be guaranteed, the site requirement of a single-side formwork supporting system is completely met, and the construction efficiency is improved. And supporting of a throwing and supporting system is not needed.
