According to the scheme, the tunnel lining on the original old expressway tunnel does not need to be rebuilt, compared with a new tunnel, the operation steps of tunnel lining, excavation and the like in new tunnel building, the construction cost and the use of raw materials can be effectively saved, and the transformation cost can be reduced while transformation can be rapidly completed.
