The invention belongs to the technical field of efficient energy-saving air conditioners and green buildings, and discloses an air conditioner main unit with a vertical V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger, an air conditioner main unit system of the air conditioner main unit and an equipment platform. The air conditioner host comprises a shell, a vertical V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger, a compressor and a fan; the vertical V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger is arranged on the upper middle portion in the shell and forms a negative pressure cavity together with at least part of the top face and the side faces of the shell. An air inlet and distribution channel is formed by the middle lower portions of the two transverse sides of the vertical V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger in the shell and the lower portion of the outer heat exchanger body. At least one group of air conditioner host system is transversely arranged in the equipment platform; an air inlet distribution channel of an air-conditioning host external heat exchanger of the air-conditioning host system is close to the external vertical surface; and an air outlet of the air exhaust cavity is formed and/or abutted against the outer vertical surface. The efficient heat exchange air channel structure of the air conditioner host is constructed, and the energy density is improved; the air conditioner host is convenient to detect and maintain; a side-in and side-out air path structure is constructed on the outer vertical face of the equipment platform.
