The invention belongs to the field of efficient energy-saving air conditioning technologies and green buildings, and discloses a finned tube heat exchanger assembly, a double-refrigerating-system air conditioner host with multiple negative pressure cavities arranged along the long side of the finned tube heat exchanger assembly and an equipment platform. The finned tube heat exchanger assembly comprises at least two finned tube heat exchangers, and the finned tube heat exchangers comprise a horizontal C-shaped finned tube heat exchanger, a horizontal square finned tube heat exchanger and/or a vertical V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. The air conditioner host comprises the finned tube heat exchanger assembly, a shell, an air conditioner compressor, a gas-liquid separator and a fan. Finned tube heat exchangers of the finned tube heat exchanger assembly are respectively connected with different air condition compressors. At least one air conditioner host is transversely arranged in the air conditioner host equipment platform. A flexible and efficient heat exchange air channel structure of the air conditioner host is constructed; the air conditioner host is convenient to detect and maintain; conditions are created for building a side-in and side-out air path structure in cooperation with the outer vertical face of an equipment platform.
