An adjustable hidden or invisible hinge is provided for mounting a door panel or sash to a frame, which can be used for tongue-and-groove engagement or flush mounting applications using the same hinge. As a result of the use of two different types of arm systems, it is possible, which connects the frame part of the hinge to the sash or door part. These include a rotating lever arm system that allows for 180 DEG guided rotational movement in conjunction with a translation arm system that simultaneously overlaps the translational movement of the sash movable body relative to the sash body.
