The invention discloses a self-healing anti-freezing rust-inhibiting anti-cracking agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The anti-cracking agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of sodium silicate, 1-5 parts of a reaction accelerator, 5-10 parts of an anti-freezing compacting agent, 1-5 parts of a corrosion inhibitor, 5-10 parts of an ion complexing agent, 5-10 parts of a waterproof agent, 1-5 parts of a surfactant and 30-65 parts of deionized water. The anti-freezing compacting agent disclosed by the invention selects modified nano aluminum oxide, and after being grafted with ethylene glycol, the anti-freezing compacting agent has the anti-freezing performance of ethylene glycol. The anti-cracking agent disclosed by the invention has the properties of freezing resistance, rust resistance, cracking resistance, strong seepage force, good impermeability, self-repairing and the like, can achieve the optimal compact anti-cracking effect aiming at concrete with different porosity conditions, and is simple in preparation method, low in cost, free of pollution and convenient to apply in the concrete.
