The invention discloses a preparation method of a fluorite tailing-based geopolymer precursor. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding fluorite tailings; (2) uniformly mixing the ground fluorite tailings with sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate and lime powder according to a certain proportion, and calcining in a high-temperature furnace to obtain fluorite tailing mixed powder; (3) grinding the calcined and naturally cooled fluorite tailing mixed powder to obtain a fluorite tailing-based geopolymer precursor; and (4) testing the compressive strength of the fluorite tailing-based geopolymer precursor. The method has the advantages of simple and easily available raw materials, low calcination temperature, less carbon emission and the like, and provides a new thought for resource utilization of the fluorite tailings.
本发明公开了一种萤石尾矿基地质聚合物前驱体制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将萤石尾矿进行粉磨处理;(2)将粉磨后萤石尾矿与氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、石灰粉按照一定比例混合均匀,置于高温炉中煅烧成为萤石尾矿混合粉;(3)将煅烧并自然冷却后的萤石尾矿混合粉进行粉磨处理,即制得萤石尾矿基地聚合物前驱体;(4)测试萤石尾矿基地聚合物前驱体的抗压强度。本发明具有原料简单易得、煅烧温度低、碳排放少等优点,为萤石尾矿的资源化利用提供了新思路。
