The invention discloses carbonized foam concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The carbonized foam concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 60-80 parts of a carbon sequestration cementing material, 20-40 parts of cement, 10-20 parts of zeolite powder, 1.5-2 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.1-0.4 part of a foaming agent, 0.1-0.2 part of a foam stabilizer and 30-50 parts of water. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple, the required raw materials are few in variety, the cost is low, the curing time is short, and the foam concrete is effectively prevented from settling in the curing process; the obtained carbonized foam concrete has excellent mechanical properties, and the three-day strength of a standard test block with the dry density of 600kg/m < 3 > can reach 4.8 MPa or above; the thermal insulation performance is excellent, and the heat conductivity coefficient is 0.09 W/m.k.
本发明公开了一种碳化泡沫混凝土及其制备方法和应用。所述碳化泡沫混凝土由包括如下质量份数的组分制备得到:固碳胶凝材料60~80份、水泥20~40份、沸石粉10~20份、减水剂1.5~2份、发泡剂0.1~0.4份、稳泡剂0.1~0.2份和水30~50份。本发明的制备方法简单、所需原料种类少、成本低、固化时间短、有效防止泡沫混凝土在固化过程中发生沉降现象;所得碳化泡沫混凝土力学性能优秀,干密度为600kg/m3的标准试块三天强度即可达到4.8MPa以上;保温隔热性能优秀,导热系数为0.09 W/m·k。
