The invention discloses a foundation pit supporting and anchoring device which comprises an anchor rod body of a hollow structure, a plurality of cavities are formed in the side wall of the anchor rod body at intervals, the multiple cavities are formed in the circumferential direction of the central axis of the anchor rod body at equal intervals, each cavity is provided with a feeding port and a discharging port, the outer side wall of the anchor rod body is sunken to form an annular groove, and the annular groove is formed in the outer side wall of the anchor rod body; a plurality of material outlets are formed in the lower portion of the anchor rod body in the circumferential direction, and a sealing block is arranged in the anchor rod body. Each adjusting mechanism comprises a piston arranged in the cavity in a sealed and sliding mode, the piston is connected with a push rod, the lower end of the push rod penetrates through the bottom of the cavity in a sliding mode and is located in the annular groove, the lower end of the push rod is connected with an expansion assembly, and the expansion assembly comprises two hinged supporting rods. The supporting rods located on the lower portion are hinged to the annular groove, and the supporting rods located on the upper portion are connected with the annular groove in a sliding mode. By arranging the adjusting mechanism and the expansion assembly, the stability of anchor rod supporting is improved.
