Construction method for reducing and removing springback material by shotcrete for inclined slope support
The invention provides a construction method for reducing the accumulation quantity of springback materials on a slope surface in the shotcrete support construction process of a smooth slope surface, and the springback rate is reduced from the following two aspects. On one hand, the water reducing agent, the rebound material inhibitor and the accelerator are added into the sprayed concrete mixture, and the concrete is prepared by utilizing a wet mixing method, so that the cohesiveness among all components in the concrete mixture can be effectively improved; and on the other hand, the sodium silicate aqueous solution is sprayed to the cleaned sprayed surface, a layer of mucous membrane is formed while the sprayed surface is wetted, and the cohesiveness between the sprayed surface and the sprayed concrete mixture can be improved. And finally, after the sprayed concrete panel is finally set, collecting and removing the rebound floating material on the slope surface by utilizing the air pressure of an air compressor, and reducing the rebound material which is re-scattered and attached to the newly formed concrete panel under the action of gravity so as to improve the subsequent construction quality.
本发明提供一种为降除平缓边坡坡面进行喷射混凝土支护施工过程中回弹料在坡面上堆积数量的施工方法,从以下两个方面出发,以减少回弹率。一方面喷射混凝土拌合物内加入减水剂、回弹料抑制剂、速凝剂,利用湿拌法进行制备混凝土,可有效改善混凝土拌合物内部各组成部分之间的黏结性;另一方面,向清理干净的受喷面喷涂硅酸钠水溶液,润湿受喷面同时形成一层黏膜,可提高受喷面与喷射混凝土拌合物之间的黏结性。最后,待喷射混凝土面板终凝后,利用空压机风压将坡面回弹浮料收集清除,减少因重力作用重新散落附于新形成混凝土面板回弹料,以提高后续施工质量。
