本发明涉及房建地下排水装置及其施工工艺,旨在解决当前地下室的抽水装置过滤效果差的技术问题,包括载具、排水泵及内循环分离机构;内循环分离机构布置于排水泵进水口,其中,内循环分离机构包括分离罩、进水管、排水管、循环管及分离叶轮;其中,进水管流通方向与循环管流通向斜向连接。本发明通过在排水泵进水一侧布置内循环分离机构,利用内循环分离机构对积水做一次内循环,从而实现二次过滤,相对现有技术中的过滤方式,本发明结构设计巧妙,过滤效果好;并且本发明中进水管流通方向与循环管流通向斜向连接可有效降低水流冲击,分离叶轮上的碎块、砂石也会在水流冲击下贴附在分离叶轮,降低杂质在水的浮力作用下,冲出排水管。
