The invention belongs to the field of tunnel engineering construction, and particularly relates to a pile plate structure for protecting pipelines in shield approaching construction and a construction method of the pile plate structure. The pile plate structure comprises a plurality of cast-in-situ bored piles, pipeline protection plates and pipeline protection cylinders, the pipeline protection plates are fixed to the pile tops of the cast-in-situ bored piles, and the pipeline protection cylinders are fixed to the upper portions of the pipeline protection plates. The pipeline protection plate is of a three-layer structure and sequentially comprises a prefabricated reinforced concrete plate, a PE insulating plate and a plain concrete cushion layer from top to bottom. A plurality of reserved steel bars are arranged on the pile top of each cast-in-situ bored pile, the ends, extending out of the pile body, of the reserved steel bars are inserted into the pipeline protection plate, the tops of the reserved steel bars are in a threaded shape and used for being matched with locking nuts, and fixed connection between the cast-in-situ bored piles and the pipeline protection plate is achieved. The pile plate structure provided by the invention is suitable for the condition that underground pipelines need to be migrated and modified due to short-distance underneath-penetrating shield tunnels, and meets different scales, distances and migration and modification protection schemes of various pipelines.
