The invention discloses a pile foundation damping device capable of inhibiting seismic kinetic energy transfer, which comprises a seismic isolation pile vertically embedded into the ground and a bearing platform taking the seismic isolation pile as a pile foundation, the seismic isolation pile comprises a pile body integrally connected with the bearing platform and a sleeve annularly sleeving the pile body, and a buffer layer is filled between the pile body and the sleeve; a memory alloy rod is connected between every two pile bodies, and the memory alloy rods are parallel to the bearing platform and are exposed out of the ground. According to the pile foundation damping device provided by the invention, various components such as the earthquake isolation pile, the bearing platform, the buffer layer and the memory alloy rod are combined, so that the transmission of earthquake kinetic energy is effectively inhibited, and the earthquake resistance of a building is improved.
