The invention discloses a formwork-removal-free wall and constructional column synchronous construction method which comprises the following steps that S1, a constructional column reinforcement cage is bound firstly, and longitudinal bars are fixedly connected with steel bars reserved on a foundation; s2, the first concrete formwork building block is arranged along the constructional column reinforcement cage from top to bottom in a sleeving mode, and one end of the first concrete formwork building block is connected with a wall structure; s3, synchronous construction with S2 is carried out, and a wall structure is built layer by layer through second concrete formwork building blocks; s4, concrete pouring and vibrating are conducted once every four layers of the first concrete formwork building blocks, tie bars are placed between the constructional columns and the wall body structure, and the required constructional columns are formed by pouring step by step according to the splicing and building rhythm of the first concrete formwork building blocks; and S5, the steps S2-S4 are repeated until the constructional column and the wall body structure are built. According to the construction method, the constructional column formwork frame is built through the concrete formwork building blocks, the wall structure is built synchronously, the step of dismounting and mounting a formwork is omitted, the construction period is shortened, and meanwhile the positive effect on environmental protection is achieved.
