The invention discloses a self-adaptive modular building suspended ceiling which comprises a suspended ceiling module, a sound absorption film, a blocking air bag, an adjusting mechanism and a mounting mechanism, the bottom of the suspended ceiling module is fixedly connected with the sound absorption film, the side face of the suspended ceiling module is fixedly connected with the blocking air bag, and the adjusting mechanism comprises a telescopic hanging rod, a sliding block, a fixing threaded column, a limiting ring, a reinforcing side plate and a reinforcing strip plate. The telescopic hanging rod is fixedly connected to the top of the ceiling module, and a sliding block is fixedly connected to the top of the telescopic hanging rod. The height of the ceiling modules can be adjusted through the telescopic hanging rods, the height of the reinforcing side plates can be adjusted through the bidirectional threaded columns, the adjusting columns and other structures, so that the height of the whole ceiling is conveniently adjusted, the heights of the multiple ceiling modules can be independently adjusted, and when the heights of the ceiling modules are different, the whole bottom face of the ceiling is in a wave shape; and the sound absorption film is matched, so that a relatively good sound absorption effect can be achieved.
