The invention relates to the technical field of building construction. The laminated slab structural beam structure comprises a laminated slab and a structural beam, the structural beam is of an L-shaped or T-shaped structure, the structural beam comprises a rectangular beam and bridging pieces arranged on one side or two sides of the rectangular beam, and the rectangular beam is connected with the laminated slab on the corresponding side through the bridging pieces; the steel reinforcement framework of the bridging piece is bound on the steel reinforcement framework of the rectangular beam, and the steel reinforcement framework of the bridging piece is tied with the bottom bar of the laminated slab to form a laminated slab structural beam structure. The invention further discloses a construction method of the laminated slab structural beam structure. The method is used for solving the technical problem that structural steel bar binding installation and laminated slab hoisting influence each other.
