The invention relates to an assembly type clean operating room which comprises a plurality of wall body plate units, straight edge connecting plates and corner connecting plates, each wall body plate unit comprises a lining plate, a filling layer and a veneer which are spliced with one another, and the multiple wall body plate units are installed on the top or the side portion of the operating room; a connecting piece for connecting every two adjacent wall body plate units on the same plane is arranged between every two adjacent wall body plate units, the corner connecting plates are installed at the corner positions of the operating room, the straight-edge connecting plates are installed at the edge positions of the operating room, the straight-edge connecting plates close to the corner positions of the operating room are detachably connected to the corner connecting plates, and the straight-edge connecting plates close to the corner positions of the operating room are detachably connected to the corner connecting plates. The straight edge connecting plate is further used for being detachably connected with a wall body plate unit. The clean operating room has the effect of improving the convenience when the clean operating room is built.
