The method comprises the steps that in the charging process, a locking signal is sent to an electronic lock through a vehicle-mounted charger of a vehicle, and an electronic lock motor is controlled to rotate forwards for locking according to the locking signal; if a first preset level is detected at the ground wire end of the electronic lock, it is confirmed that the electronic lock is successfully locked; when charging is completed, an unlocking signal is sent to the electronic lock through the vehicle-mounted charger, and the electronic lock motor is controlled to rotate reversely for unlocking according to the unlocking signal; and if a second preset level is detected at the ground wire end of the electronic lock, confirming that the electronic lock is successfully unlocked. According to the method, the locking and unlocking time of the electronic lock can be well controlled, and the charging safety of the electric vehicle is guaranteed.
