The invention discloses a grouting device and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of grouting equipment, the grouting device comprises a treatment tank, a rotating shaft is arranged in the treatment tank, the top of an airtight piston is connected with an extension spring, the top end of the extension spring is connected with the top wall of an inner cavity of a piston cylinder seat, and the lower portion of the side wall of the piston cylinder seat fixedly communicates with an inflation pipeline; the bottom ends of the flow guide channels penetrate through the side walls of the stand columns, screw assemblies are arranged at the top ends of the stand columns, and blade assemblies are further arranged on the surfaces of the supporting bottom rods. According to the concrete treatment tank, the blade assembly in the stirring unit used for stirring concrete raw materials in the treatment tank and scraping off the raw materials attached to the inner wall of the treatment tank can be firmly installed and fixed, and the situation that the blade assembly loosens and falls off due to vibration generated during stirring is avoided; and normal grouting construction operation of a road surface or a bridge floor is guaranteed, the use stability of the device is improved, meanwhile, the service life of the grouting device is prolonged, and the use cost of a user is reduced.
