The invention discloses a coated bittern corrosion inhibitor which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-60 parts of an admixture, 5-30 parts of a coated barium salt barrier material and 5-30 parts of solid-state lithium water glass powder. The invention also discloses a preparation method. The barium salt is innovatively subjected to surface coating treatment, the problem that soluble barium salt is dissolved out too early and reacts with gypsum in cement is solved, the nano silica sol film wrapping the surface of the barium salt reacts with a hydration product in the cement hydration process and then is slowly dissolved, and the barium salt is dissolved out in the later period and solidified in hardened concrete.
