The adhesion promoter with a self-crosslinking effect is prepared, a coating for coating, plugging and isolating is formed on the surface of the coal chemical solid waste coarse slag, and the defects that when concrete is prepared from conventional coal chemical solid waste, the water consumption is large, the fluidity becomes poor, and the strength is low are overcome.
