The road surface layer laying structure comprises a road body, a plurality of drainage cavities are formed in the end face of the road body at intervals, drainage pipelines are connected to the bottom walls of the drainage cavities, a plurality of sieve plates are connected to the end face of the road body, filter plates are connected to the inner walls of the drainage cavities, and scraping plates are slidably connected to the inner walls of the drainage cavities; the scraper is used for scraping impurities on the end face of the filter plate. By arranging the drainage cavity and the drainage pipeline, the drainage speed of accumulated water on the surface of the road body is increased, so that flooding caused by excessive water stored in the drainage cavity is avoided, and traffic accidents are reduced; through the arrangement of the driving floater and the driving connecting rod, water in the drainage cavity is filtered through the filter plate and then drained from the drainage pipeline, and automatic cleaning of the end face of the filter plate and directional opening of the filter plate are achieved; and by arranging a sliding block and a sliding groove, the scraping plate is not prone to shifting when sliding on the inner wall of the drainage cavity, and therefore the sliding stability of the scraping plate on the inner wall of the drainage cavity is improved.
