Energy-saving constant-pressure water supply system
The invention belongs to the technical field of water supply control, and discloses an energy-saving constant-pressure water supply system which comprises a constant-pressure water supply control module, an energy-saving control module, a water tower, a normal-temperature water tank, a heat preservation water tank, a cooling-water machine and two water pump units. Each water pump is provided with an independent frequency converter and a sensor for control; the constant-pressure water supply control module performs PID calculation in real time based on pipeline water pressure and target pressure, and determines the output frequency of a frequency converter of the water pump to control the water pump to operate; and the energy-saving control module continuously monitors that the pipeline water pressure is kept at the target pressure and the output frequency of the frequency converter of the water pump is at the lower limit frequency for a first preset duration, stops operation of the water pump and the frequency converter of the water pump, and starts the water pump and the frequency converter of the water pump until the pipeline water pressure is monitored to drop from the target pressure to the first preset pressure. The constant-pressure water supply device can automatically operate and efficiently supply water at constant pressure in an energy-saving manner.
