Sealing plates are arranged at the two ends of each sleeve, and a fixing frame is arranged between the sleeves. According to the bolt sleeve device, the bolt is integrally installed through the sleeve frame, the bolt sleeve device has the advantages of being good in rigidity and high in deformation resistance, meanwhile, the construction speed can be increased, and the construction cost can be saved.
