Winter concrete energy-saving thermal insulation system and thermal insulation method
The invention relates to a winter concrete energy-saving heat preservation system and a heat preservation method. The heat preservation system comprises a heat preservation material covering the surface of poured concrete, a vertical rod supporting the heat preservation material and a concrete formwork, a heat source generating hot air flow and a hot air flow pipeline communicated with the heat source. The hot flow pipeline penetrates through the concrete structure and the thermal insulation material on one side of the concrete; a pipeline opening of the hot flow pipeline is open; the outer wall of the heat pipeline is hermetically connected with the heat-insulating material; the vertical rod comprises a detection vertical rod. The top of the detection vertical rod is provided with a detection shaft which can penetrate through a concrete formwork preformed hole to detect the concrete strength. According to the strength detection result, whether the reinforced concrete needs to continue heat-preservation maintenance is judged, and the heat-preservation temperature can be adjusted in time to reduce energy consumption in the form of adjusting heat source power; according to the heat preservation method using the heat preservation system, finer heat preservation maintenance can be provided for concrete condensation, and therefore the concrete pouring quality is effectively guaranteed.
