The self-advancing telescopic riding track comprises a head multi-truss riding track, a middle multi-truss riding track and a tail end multi-truss riding track and further comprises a plurality of walking assemblies, the walking assemblies are arranged at the tail ends of the head multi-truss riding track, the middle multi-truss riding track and the tail end multi-truss riding track respectively, and the head multi-truss riding track, the middle multi-truss riding track and the tail end multi-truss riding track are connected through the walking assemblies. The middle multi-truss riding track and the tail end multi-truss riding track are sequentially stacked, and the adjacent multi-truss riding tracks can be relatively overlapped/unfolded through the walking assemblies. According to the scheme, the forward crawling action can be completed through stretching and retracting, cooperation of a tower crane is not needed, occupation of the tower crane during rigid riding track transition and position changing is greatly reduced, and efficient construction can be achieved easily.
