The invention relates to a pre-mounted lock for a door of a low pressure enclosure. According to the invention, the pre-mounted lock assembly comprises a chamber profile that deploys in a main direction defining the seat. A mechanism is arranged in the seat. More specifically, the mechanism comprises at least one rod and at least one guide element for the rod. The guide element is rigidly connected to the profile. The pre-mounted lock assembly further comprises fixing means for fixing the at least one guide element to the door after the at least one guide element is connected to the profile, where the fixing means are arranged on the profile and/or on the at least one guide element.
