The invention provides a hovering structure and a refrigerator. The hovering structure comprises a hinge assembly and a connecting part pivoted to the hinge assembly. The hinge assembly comprises a hinge shaft, a hinge shaft sleeve, a roller and a sliding ring, the sliding ring is arranged on the hinge shaft sleeve in a sleeving mode and fixedly connected with the hinge shaft sleeve, the hinge shaft sleeve is arranged on the hinge shaft in a sleeving mode and rotationally connected with the hinge shaft, a limiting notch is formed in the hinge shaft sleeve, and the roller is rotationally arranged in the limiting notch; the outer surface of the roller abuts against the surface of the limiting notch and the inner surface of the sliding ring. A refrigerator body and a door body of the refrigerator are pivotally connected through a hovering structure, when the door body opens the door body around a hinge shaft, force consumption during door opening is reduced by forming a rolling motion mode between the door body and the hinge shaft, and when the door body closes the door body around the hinge shaft, the door body cannot roll due to the limitation of a movable structure between a roller and the hinge shaft and the constraint of the stress of the roller.
