The present invention relates to a heat-insulating composite door and window, and more particularly, to a heat-insulating composite door and window, in which an indoor sash frame and an outdoor sash frame made of an aluminum material are coupled to a heat-insulating part made of a heat-insulating material so as to be spaced apart from each other, thereby reliably blocking the transfer of heat from inside and outside through the door and window by means of the heat-insulating material and the spaced sash frames, thereby reducing costs for cooling and heating. According to the present invention, the window sash frame can provide a sanitary and comfortable living space by preventing the occurrence of moisture condensation, mold and the like, can save 30% to 50% of material cost by reducing the weight and the size of aluminum compared to the conventional window sash frame, and can be attached to the heat insulation part by combining the combining protrusion of the window sash frame with the combining groove of the heat insulation part, thereby improving the heat insulation performance. The window sash frame is detachable, so that the heat insulation part and the window sash frame can be recycled by 100%, carbon emission and environmental pollution caused by treatment are reduced, and the window sash frame has the characteristics of energy conservation and environmental protection.
