Fabricated building module and production process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building modules, in particular to a fabricated building module and a production process thereof. The fabricated building module comprises a main body, a clamping groove is formed in one side of the main body, a clamping block is integrally formed on the other side of the main body, and a plurality of protruding edges are integrally formed on the outer side of the clamping groove and the outer side of the clamping block. The technology comprises the steps that S1, a casting mold device is pretreated, and then the casting mold device is filled with concrete at a time; s2, accessories are placed on the primary concrete; s3, the casting mold device is filled with concrete for the second time; s4, materials in the casting mold device are vibrated, and then the concrete surface is flattened; s5, the concrete is cured after trowelling, and then the concrete is air-dried to prepare a semi-finished building module; and S6, the semi-finished building module is separated from the casting mold device, and a finished building module is manufactured. The mold casting device comprises a bottom plate, and a template I and a template II which are arranged on the upper side of the bottom plate. The mold casting device has the beneficial effect of preventing dislocation during connection of the fabricated building modules.
本发明涉及建筑模块技术领域，更具体的说是一种装配式建筑模块及其生产工艺。装配式建筑模块包括主体，所述主体一侧开设有卡槽，所述主体另一侧一体成型有卡块，所述卡槽和卡块的外侧均一体成型有多个凸棱。工艺包括：S1：对铸模装置进行预处理，之后向铸模装置内部一次填入混凝土；S2：在一次混凝土上方放置配件；S3：向铸模装置内部二次填入混凝土；S4：振捣铸模装置内部物料，之后抹平混凝土表面；S5：抹平后对混凝土进行养护，之后风干混凝土制成半成品建筑模块；S6：将半成品建筑模块与铸模装置分离，制得成品建筑模块。铸模装置包括底板，以及底板上侧的模板Ⅰ和模板Ⅱ，其有益效果为防止装配式建筑模块连接时错位。
