The invention relates to a foundation curing material and a production process and system thereof. The foundation curing material comprises the following components: 30-40% of saponified slag; 10%-20% of clay; and 40%-60% of crushed gravel. The production system of the foundation curing material comprises a saponification residue pretreatment unit, a mixing unit and a dust removal unit. The bearing capacity of a foundation treated with the foundation curing material can reach 100 +/-10 kPa, the relevant national standard requirements are met, and recycling of saponification residue resources is achieved; the production process is simple and pollution-free, and full-course automatic production can be realized.
本发明涉及一种地基固化材料及其生产工艺与系统,地基固化材料的组分包括:皂化渣30%~40%;粘土10%~20%;碎砂石40%~60%。地基固化材料的生产系统包括皂化渣预处理单元、混料单元及除尘单元。采用本发明所述地基固化材料处理后的地基承载力可达100±10kPa,满足相关国家标准要求,实现了皂化渣资源的回收再利用;生产过程简单无污染,并可实现全程自动化生产。
