The self-compacting concrete provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 288-312 parts of cement; 192 to 208 parts of fly ash; 774 to 793 parts of machine-made sand; 838 to 859 parts of broken stone; 5.76 to 6.24 parts of a water reducing agent; and 168 parts of water. The self-compacting concrete provided by the embodiment of the invention has good self-compacting property, secondary grouting is not needed, the quality defect of tunnel vault void is avoided, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction speed is increased.
本发明涉及混凝土材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种自密实混凝土及隧道拱顶浇筑处理方法。本发明实施例提供的自密实混凝土包括重量份数分别为:288‑312份的水泥;192‑208份的粉煤灰;774‑793份的机制砂;838‑859份的碎石;5.76‑6.24份的减水剂;以及168份的水。本发明实施例提供的自密实混凝土具有良好的自密实性,无需二次注浆,避免了产生隧道拱顶脱空的质量缺陷,降低了建设成本,提高了施工速度。
