Preparation method of lamellar crystal alumina/zirconia composite ceramic powder
The invention discloses a preparation method of lamellar crystal aluminum oxide/zirconium oxide composite ceramic powder, and relates to the field of composite ceramic materials, in particular to the preparation method of the lamellar crystal aluminum oxide/zirconium oxide composite ceramic powder. The invention aims to solve the problem that the lozenge crystal structure ceramic prepared by the existing method is insufficient in strength and toughness. The method comprises the following steps: 1, drying aluminum powder and a diluent, wherein the diluent is a mixture of zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide; 2, mixing the dried aluminum powder with a diluent, and carrying out ball milling and sieving to obtain a mixed material; 3, loading the mixed material into a high-pressure reactor, igniting the mixed material, carrying out high-temperature combustion synthesis reaction to form a high-temperature melt, opening a nozzle, spraying out the melt, and cooling to obtain composite ceramic powder; and 4, mixing the powder with water to form slurry, and sanding to obtain the flaky crystal aluminum oxide/zirconium oxide composite ceramic powder. The method has the advantages of high lamellar crystal content, small size and uniform distribution, and enhances the strength and toughness of the ceramic. The method is used for preparing the flaky crystal aluminum oxide/zirconium oxide composite ceramic powder.
片状晶氧化铝/氧化锆复合陶瓷粉末的制备方法,涉及复合陶瓷材料领域,尤其涉及片状晶氧化铝/氧化锆复合陶瓷粉末的制备方法。是要解决现有方法制备的含片状晶结构陶瓷的强度和韧性不足的问题。方法:一、将铝粉和稀释剂干燥,稀释剂为氧化锆和氧化铝的混合物;二、将干燥后的铝粉和稀释剂混合,球磨过筛,得到混合物料;三、将混合物料装入高压反应器中,点燃混合物料,进行高温燃烧合成反应,形成高温熔体,开启喷嘴,熔体喷出,冷却得复合陶瓷粉末;四、将粉末与水混合形成浆料,砂磨,即为片状晶氧化铝/氧化锆复合陶瓷粉末。本方法片状晶含量高、尺寸小,分布均匀,增加陶瓷的强度和韧性。本发明用于制备片状晶氧化铝/氧化锆复合陶瓷粉末。
