Dehydration process for unearthed water-containing fragile bone cutin cultural relics
The invention discloses a dehydration process for unearthed water-containing fragile bone cutin cultural relics. The dehydration process comprises the following steps: dissolving surfactants with different alkyl chain lengths in ethanol to prepare solutions with different concentration gradients as a dehydrating agent for reinforcement pretreatment; in the dehydration process, a dehydrating agent is introduced into the porous interior of the unearthed water-containing fragile bone cutin cultural relics in a surface spraying and micro decompression permeation mode, and then ethanol volatilization is slowed down through sealing of a preservative film; and repeating the steps of surface spraying and micro-decompression permeation, and controlling the dehydration degree of the unearthed water-containing fragile bone cutin cultural relics. During dehydration protection treatment, surfactants with different alkyl chain lengths are dissolved in ethanol to prepare solutions with different concentration gradients as a dehydrating agent for reinforcement pretreatment, and the dehydrating agent is introduced into the porous interior of the unearthed water-containing fragile bone cutin cultural relics in a surface spraying and micro-decompression permeation manner; and then sealing with a preservative film to slow down volatilization of ethanol, and adjusting and repeating for multiple times to control the dehydration degree of the unearthed water-containing fragile bone cutin cultural relics.
本发明公开的一种出土含水脆弱骨角质文物的脱水工艺,采用不同烷基链长的表面活性剂溶于乙醇配置成不同浓度梯度的溶液作为加固预处理的脱水剂;在脱水过程中将脱水剂通过表面喷雾和微减压渗透的方式引入出土含水脆弱骨角质文物的多孔内部,然后通过保鲜膜密封减缓乙醇挥发;重复表面喷雾和微减压渗透步骤,控制出土含水脆弱骨角质文物的脱水程度。本发明在进行脱水保护处理时,采用不同烷基链长的表面活性剂溶于乙醇配置成不同浓度梯度的溶液作为加固预处理的脱水剂,通过表面喷雾和微减压渗透的方式将脱水剂引入出土含水脆弱骨角质文物的多孔内部,然后通过保鲜膜密封减缓乙醇挥发,调整重复多次以控制出土含水脆弱骨角质文物的脱水程度。
