The invention discloses an anti-skid wearing layer pavement synchronous construction method and construction equipment, an advancing unit drives a rack to advance forwards, and a first paving unit performs paving operation of a lower bearing layer: a common asphalt mixture contained in a first hopper is conveyed to a first discharge port through a first scraper conveying mechanism and a first spiral material distribution mechanism; paving on the finished pavement to form a lower bearing layer, and uniformly spreading the lower bearing layer by a uniform spreading mechanism positioned on the rear side of the first discharge hole; meanwhile, a second paving unit is used for paving an anti-skid wear surface layer, specifically, the high-viscosity modified emulsified asphalt mixture contained in a second hopper is conveyed to a second discharging opening through a second scraper conveying mechanism and a second spiral material distributing mechanism, and the anti-skid wear surface layer is formed on a lower bearing layer through paving; and the anti-skid wear surface layer is compacted by the ironing mechanism positioned on the rear side of the second discharge hole. The lower bearing layer and the anti-sliding abrasion surface layer are mutually embedded and extruded, bonding is stable, the anti-sliding abrasion surface layer has a heat preservation effect on the lower bearing layer, and the pavement quality and the construction efficiency are improved.
本发明公开了一种抗滑磨耗层路面同步施工方法及施工设备,行进单元驱动机架向前行进,第一摊铺单元进行下承层的摊铺作业:盛放于第一料斗内的普通沥青混合料通过第一刮板传送机构、第一螺旋布料机构传送至第一出料口,在已完工的路面上摊铺形成下承层,位于第一出料口后侧的均摊机构对下承层进行均摊;同时,第二摊铺单元进行抗滑磨耗表层的摊铺作业:盛放于第二料斗内的高粘改性乳化沥青混合料通过第二刮板传送机构、第二螺旋布料机构传送至第二出料口,在下承层上摊铺形成抗滑磨耗表层;位于第二出料口后侧的熨平机构对抗滑磨耗表层进行压实。实现下承层和抗滑磨耗表层相互嵌挤、粘结稳固,抗滑磨耗表层对下承层起到保温作用,提高路面质量和施工效率。
