Cracks are repaired and reinforced by additionally arranging the ECO modified polyurethane concrete reinforcing layer on the lower edge of the main arch ring with the cracks, the tensile strength of the carbon fiber grid and ECO modified polyurethane concrete and the excellent bonding performance of ECO modified polyurethane concrete mortar are fully utilized, and the carbon fiber grid, the ECO modified polyurethane concrete and the original main arch ring can better form a whole. The overall rigidity of the bridge is improved, the long-term use performance and durability of the bridge are improved, the defects of cracking, damage, water seepage and the like of concrete at the junction of the reinforcing layer and the original main arch ring are avoided, and the full-life cost of arch bridge reinforcement is reduced.
本发明公开了一种双曲拱桥裂缝加固结构及加固方法,采用ECO改性聚氨酯混凝土‑碳纤维网格加固结构,包括原主拱圈和ECO改性聚氨酯混凝土加固层,加固层由上至下依次设置ECO改性聚氨酯混凝土基层、碳纤维网格、ECO改性聚氨酯混凝土面层。通过在出现裂缝的主拱圈下缘增设ECO改性聚氨酯混凝土加固层的方法实现裂缝修补和加固,充分利用了碳纤维网格和ECO改性聚氨酯混凝土的抗拉伸强度,ECO改性聚氨酯混凝土砂浆的优异粘结性能使二者与原主拱圈能够更好的形成整体,桥梁整体刚度提高,改善桥梁长期使用性能和耐久性能,避免加固层与原主拱圈的交界处混凝土开裂、破损、渗水等病害,降低了拱桥加固的全寿命费用。
