Strong wind is exhausted through the upper portion of the buffer assembly, impact of the strong wind on a train is reduced, in addition, when the strong wind comes, the horizontal main wind screen plate, the inclined wind screen plate and the horizontal branch wind screen plate are buffered again through springs of the buffer assembly, and damage of the strong wind is avoided.
