The invention discloses an intelligent roadblock safety anti-collision device which comprises a shell, a third through hole, a second through hole and a first through hole are sequentially formed in the top of the shell from left to right, a speed reducing mechanism is arranged at the position, below the first through hole, in the shell, and an anti-collision device is arranged at the position, below the second through hole, in the shell. The anti-collision device is provided with a roadblock body, the roadblock body penetrates through the second through hole and extends to the position above the second through hole, a lifting pneumatic structure is arranged at the position, below the third through hole, in the shell, the lifting pneumatic structure is connected with the anti-collision device in a matched mode, and the anti-collision device is connected with the speed reducing mechanism in a matched mode. The bottom of the speed reducing mechanism is connected with the anti-collision device through a lever mechanism, the supporting performance of blocking is improved, and therefore the safety performance is improved.
