Deviation rectifying method for prestressed concrete pipe pile
The invention aims to provide a deviation rectifying method for a prestressed concrete pipe pile, and relates to the technical field of constructional engineering. The method comprises the following steps: A, detecting the integrity of a pile body of a deviated pile by adopting a small strain detection method, judging the defect degree of the pile body, and reinforcing the pile body (III-type pile) which is seriously damaged by adopting a reinforcing method; and B, a groove-shaped groove is excavated close to the deviation pile, the groove-shaped groove is formed in the reset side of the deviation pile, the length direction of the groove-shaped groove is perpendicular to the reset direction of the deviation pile, the excavated soil is piled on the other side of the deviation pile, reverse sliding of the soil body is intentionally formed, and the deviation pile is driven to reset. The method has the advantages that the operation difficulty is low, the consumed time is short, the required cost is low (compared with a common drilling deviation rectifying method, the cost is saved by 50% or above), and the deviation rectifying effect is remarkable.
本发明旨在提供一种预应力混凝土管桩的纠偏方法,其涉及建筑工程技术领域。本发明包括以下步骤:A.采用小应变检测法对偏位桩的桩身完整性进行检测,判定桩身缺陷的程度,对于损伤较为严重的桩身(Ⅲ类桩)采用加固方法进行加固;B.靠近偏位桩挖掘一条槽形沟,槽形沟设置在偏位桩的复位侧,槽形沟的长向与偏位桩的复位方向相垂直,挖掘出来的土堆放在偏位桩的另一侧,有意形成土体反向滑移,带动偏位桩复位。本发明具有操作难度小,耗时较短,所需成本较少(与通常的钻孔纠偏法相比,节约成本50%以上),纠偏效果显著的优点。
