Broken pile treatment process for uplift pile
The uplift pile breaking treatment process comprises an uplift device, the uplift device comprises a strip-shaped jacking piece, two through holes are formed in the two ends, in the length direction of the jacking piece, of the jacking piece, steel bars penetrate through the through holes, and the positions, located at the upper ends and the lower ends of the through holes, of the steel bars are provided with pressing blocks with the size larger than the hole diameter of the through holes and uplift bases correspondingly; the treatment process comprises the steps that the position of a broken pile is determined; cleaning a pile inner hole; according to the sequence from bottom to top, concrete is firstly poured into each section of broken pile, and then an anti-pulling device is put into each section of broken pile; the length of the jacking pieces of the anti-pulling device is larger than the hole diameter of the pile inner hole, all the jacking pieces are arranged in a staggered mode, and the steel bars of the anti-pulling device are upwards exposed out of the top of the pile body in the length direction. After the uplift device is placed in the uppermost broken pile, concrete is poured till the inner hole of the pile is fully sealed; the anti-pulling device has the advantages that the jacking piece slightly longer than the hole diameter in the pile is adopted as the anti-pulling device to abut against the hole wall, and the situation that the steel bars are pulled out or the anti-pulling effect is weakened due to concrete shrinkage and hole wall smoothness is prevented.
本发明涉及一种抗拔桩断桩处理工艺,包括抗拔装置,抗拔装置包括条状的顶紧件,顶紧件上延其长度方向的两端开设有两个通孔,通孔内贯穿有钢筋,所述钢筋位于通孔的上、下端分别设有尺寸大于通孔孔径的压块和抗拔座;所述处理工艺包括:确定断桩位置;清理桩内孔;按由下至上的顺序,对每一节断桩进行先灌入混凝土再放入抗拔装置的操作;所述抗拔装置的顶紧件长度大于桩内孔的孔径,且所有顶紧件均错位布置,所述抗拔装置的钢筋长度向上露出桩体顶部;待最上方的断桩中放入抗拔装置后,再灌入混凝土,直至桩内孔被封满;优势在于,采用略长于桩内孔径的顶紧件作为抗拔装置抵紧孔壁,防止混凝土收缩及孔壁光滑而造成的钢筋被拔出或削弱抗拔效果。
