The invention discloses an anti-permeation type combined formwork construction method which comprises the following steps that a wall column formwork is installed; the step of mounting the wall column templates specifically comprises the substeps of sequentially mounting a wall end template, a wall plate splicing template, a wall plate bearing template, a wall end template, a wall plate splicing template, a bearing template, a corner template, a wall end template, a wall plate splicing template and a bearing template from the two ends of a wall to the middle of the wall; the thin films are additionally arranged to serve as a partial structure of the combined formwork, vacuum is formed without wrinkles, the splicing positions of the formworks are in direct contact with the film layers to form sealing, the sealing between the thin films in the pouring process can prevent water in concrete and the concrete from leaking, the poured formworks do not make direct contact with the concrete, and the sealing effect is good. And after concrete is solidified by utilizing the smooth surface of the thin film, the roughness of the concrete is reduced, the quality of the poured concrete is improved, and the normal maintenance work is not influenced after the thin film is dismounted.
