Wallboard assembly inclined supporting device and using method thereof
The invention provides an inclined supporting device for wallboard assembly and a using method of the inclined supporting device, and relates to the technical field of assembly type buildings. The branch pipe is fixed on the propping plate; a fixing ring is fixed in the branch pipe, and the pipe wall is slidably connected with a limiting pin; the sliding sleeve is located between the fixing ring and the abutting plate; a limiting hole is formed in the outer wall of the sliding sleeve; one end of the diagonal bar is hinged with the branch pipe, and the other end is used for contacting with the upper-layer wallboard; one end of the connecting rod is hinged to the middle of the inclined supporting rod, and the other end is hinged to the sliding sleeve; the transverse moving mechanism is used for moving the sliding sleeve; wherein a hoisting hole is formed in the upper part of the lower-layer wallboard; the two wallboard assembly inclined supporting devices are located on the left side and the right side of the lower-layer wallboard correspondingly and connected through the first transverse rod and the second transverse rod. The method is a using method of the device. The inclined supporting rod does not need to have a telescopic function, after the inclined supporting rod rotates in place, the steps of stretching and fastening through a fastener are not needed, and efficiency is higher.
本发明提供了一种墙板装配斜支撑装置及其使用方法,涉及装配式建筑技术领域,该装置包括:抵板,与下层墙板相抵接;支管,固定在抵板上;支管内固定有固定环、管壁滑动连接有限位销;滑套,位于固定环和抵板之间;滑套的外壁上开设有限位孔;斜撑杆,一端与支管相铰接、另一端用于接触上层墙板;连杆,一端与斜撑杆的中部相铰接、另一端与滑套相铰接;横移机构,用于移动滑套;其中:下层墙板的上部开设有吊装孔;两个墙板装配斜支撑装置分别位于下层墙板的左右两侧并通过第一横杆和第二横杆连接。该方法是上述装置的使用方法。斜撑杆无需具有伸缩功能,斜撑杆在旋转到位后,不需要再进行伸长以及通过紧固件紧固的步骤,效率更高。
