The waterproof curtain construction method comprises the steps that guide groove construction is carried out, and waterproof curtain guide groove excavation operation is carried out at a designated position; drilling construction is conducted above the rock stratum, and drilling construction operation is conducted through drilling operation equipment till the surface layer of the moderately weathered rock stratum is reached; rock stratum drilling construction is conducted, specifically, a spiral drilling device is lifted, then a high-pressure rotary spraying drilling device and a high-pressure cement pump are started, cement paste enters a rotary spraying drilling rod through a high-pressure spraying pipe and then is sprayed out of an opening to form a water jet cutter, and the water jet cutter cuts the surrounding moderately-weathered rock stratum; and secondary drilling construction is conducted, specifically, the spiral drilling device is lifted upwards, the rotary spraying drilling rod is taken out, then the spiral drilling device is lowered, and grouting operation is conducted through the high-pressure spraying pipe. According to the method, the rotary drilling mode and the high-pressure jet grouting drilling mode are used for cooperative operation, the method can adapt to geology with the moderately weathered rock stratum for construction, the construction efficiency is high, the drilling forming effect is good, the use amount of operation equipment is reduced, and the construction cost is saved.
