The method comprises the following steps: acquiring urban drainage pipeline building arrangement information; for each branch pipeline, each connecting port is numbered according to the connecting sequence of the branch pipeline and the multiple main pipelines, and the connecting ports are the connecting parts, used for each main pipeline, of the branch pipelines; obtaining precipitation amount; estimating the water inflow of the to-be-estimated water outlet according to the precipitation to obtain an estimated water inflow; on the basis of the estimated water inflow, the opening number of connecting ports of the branch pipelines corresponding to the to-be-estimated water drainage port and the main pipeline is determined; and controlling the drainage pipeline to drain water according to the serial numbers and serial number sequence of the connectors and the opening number of the connectors. The drainage pipeline has the effect that sewage impurity precipitation in the drainage pipeline is reduced.
