A device for leveling and spacing tiles, comprising: a body (1) comprising a base (11) for supporting tiles (B) and a separating element (12) connected to the base (11) by a pre-thinned breaking point (13); and an insert (2) for leveling, adapted to be inserted into the window (14) of the partition element (12), comprising a lower surface (21) for pressing against the tile (B), and an upper surface (22) provided with a plurality of transverse teeth (26), the top end of which has a curvature in the transverse direction, in which are defined: a higher central region (26a), which is a region in initial contact with a central portion (14a) at the upper end of the window of the partition element (12), the upper surface (22) having a lower surface (21) for pressing against the tile (B); and a laterally descending region (26b) which is a region in gradual contact with a side surface portion (14b) farther from a central portion (14a) at the upper end of the window (14).
