The invention relates to a stacker and parking equipment, the stacker comprises a stacker main body, and a first walking wheel module, a second walking wheel module and a control module which are mounted on the stacker main body, and the first walking wheel module is used for driving the stacker main body to walk on a track along a first direction; the second walking wheel module is used for driving the stacking machine body to walk on the track in the second direction, and a preset angle is formed between the second direction and the first direction; the control module is used for controlling the first walking wheel module or the second walking wheel module to independently bear the stacking machine body so that the stacking machine body can walk on the track in the first direction or the second direction. Therefore, the stacking machine can walk on the track in two different directions, the stacking machine can meet the requirement for arranging parking equipment of a stereo garage in two directions, and the effect of reducing the construction cost of the parking equipment with the stacking machine is achieved.
